Silicon Labs EFR32FG23 Flex Gecko Wireless SoC (System on Chip) is ideal for sub-GHz loT wireless connections for smart home, security, lighting, building automation and metering. EFR32FG23 is a high-performance sub-GHz radio that can provide long-distance transmission and is not susceptible to 2.4GHz interference caused by technology. Single-chip, multi-core solutions provide industry-leading security, low power consumption and fast wake-up time. An integrated power amplifier that enables the next generation of secure connections for IoT devices.

Silicon Labs EFR32FG23 Flex Gecko wireless SoC is available in 40-pin and 48-pin quad flat no-lead (QFN) packages and has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
